Control Panel Boards

Control Panel is a flat and often vertical area, for displaying control or monitoring instruments. These are widely used in factories for monitoring as well as controlling machinery or production lines. Conventional control panels are usually installed with push buttons & analog instruments, whereas modern day panels have touchscreens for monitoring & control purpose.

Motor control center (MCC Panel)

Motor control center (MCC) is a device assembled with one or more enclosed sections that have a common power bus, and principally consist of motor control units. The motor control center is applicable in the modern practices/operations of factory assembly of diverse motor starters. This center consist of programmable controllers & metering, variable frequency drives, and may also work as the electrical service entrance for any building. Usually, MCCs are very useful in low voltage 3 phase alternating current motors from 208 V up to 600 V. The medium-voltage motor control centers are designed and engineered for large motors functioning at 2300 V to around 15000 V. And, have vacuum contactors for precision switching as well as separate compartments for power switching & control.
